FG moves to regulate housing sector, proposes licensing for developers, agents

The Federal Government has unveiled plans to strengthen regulation in the housing and construction sector through mandatory licensing for property developers and agents, alongside the introduction of escrow accounts designed to protect home buyers across the country.
