FG launches Nigeria Alcohol Policy to balance industry growth and public health

The Federal Government has launched the Nigeria Alcohol Policy and Multisectoral Implementation Plan for 2026–2030, intended to balance industry growth with public health objectives. The regulatory framework is relevant to listed consumer goods companies involved in alcoholic beverages, including Guinness, Nigerian Breweries and International Breweries.
