Federal Govt Places 2,000 Locations Across Nigeria On Flood Alert

The Federal Government has placed 2,000 locations across 33 states and the FCT under varying levels of flood risk. Of these, 915 communities in 19 states are classified as critical and require immediate preparedness and protective action, according to the latest flood prediction from the National Flood Early Warning Systems Center.
