FEC approves $1.2bn for Sokoto–Badagry highway, $160m Niger solar project

The Federal Executive Council has approved a $1.2 billion financing facility for Section Two of the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway and a $160 million facility for solar energy projects in Niger State. Both projects will be financed by the Islamic Development Bank.
