Fake agencies, ghost workers: Tinubu orders payroll audit

President Bola Tinubu has directed Finance Minister Taiwo Oyedele to coordinate a forensic audit of Federal Government systems, including the payroll platform, agencies, administration and internal controls. The review targets fake agencies and ghost workers and may inform efforts to improve public spending oversight and fiscal management.
