EXCLUSIVE: Otedola targets over 51% stake in First HoldCo

First HoldCo Plc Chairman Femi Otedola has stated his intention to increase his ownership in the company beyond 51%. He said majority ownership would support the implementation of reforms and restructuring aimed at creating long-term value for the listed financial services group.
