Equities Market Begins August On Bullish Note, Gains N289bn

Nigerian equities opened August 2026 with a bullish session, as the All-Share Index rose by 446.85 points, or 0.18 per cent, to 245,730.53 points. Market capitalisation increased by N289 billion to close at N158.614 trillion on the first trading day.
