Host communities in Delta State reportedly protested the alleged non-payment of three per cent Operating Expenses Development Funds by Oando Energy Resources for 2024, 2025 and 2026. The communities involved include Okpai, Beneku and Umusadege in Ndokwa East and Ndokwa West Local Government Areas.
