Dangote to Raise Total Refining Capacity in Africa to 2.1m bpd, Seeks Partnership with Congo

The Dangote Group plans to invest an additional forty-six billion dollars to expand its refining capacity to over two million barrels per day while boosting its cement and fertilizer businesses across Africa.
