Dangote’s planned Kenya refinery to cost $17 billion, take five years to build

Dangote Industries Limited plans to construct a seventeen billion dollar oil refinery on the coast of Kenya. The proposed project is estimated to take approximately five years to complete, expanding the conglomerate's footprint across the African continent.
