Dangote Refinery heads to Appeal Court over ‘continual fuel import licences’ judgement

Dangote Petroleum Refinery Petrochemicals FZE has asked the Abuja Court of Appeal for permission to challenge a Federal High Court judgment requiring the NMDPRA to continue issuing petroleum product import licences to Matrix Energy, AA Rano and AYM Shafa.
