Court Restrains NMDPRA From Sealing, Disrupting Dangote Refinery Operations

The Federal High Court in Lagos has temporarily restrained the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority from interfering with Dangote Refinery operations. The order follows a challenge to the regulator’s directive suspending the loading and truck-out of petroleum products pending determination of the substantive application.
