Court dismisses contractor’s N170 million Lagos Trade Fair claim, clears Zenith Bank

The Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed Micheleti & Tal Ltd’s N170 million suit against the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment and Zenith Bank over a contract for rehabilitation of the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex. The contract was dated October 14, 2005.
