BOI’s N250bn Debut Bond Records Oversubscription

Bank of Industry’s first domestic bond, issued through BOI Financing SPV Plc under its multi-currency programme, attracted subscriptions above the N250 billion amount offered. Institutional investors, including pension fund administrators, commercial banks and development finance institutions, participated in the offer.
