Amani Abuja Breaks Ground to Close Gap on 15m Housing Deficit

Amani Abuja has commenced construction of a 15-hectare residential project in Abuja’s Kabusa-Sheretti corridor. The development, promoted by Cynosure Realty Ltd and Omec Properties, is intended to contribute to addressing Nigeria’s estimated 15 million-unit housing deficit through additional private-sector housing supply.
