Airtel cuts diesel use by 9.1m litres amid green transition

Airtel Africa has reduced its diesel consumption by 9.1 million litres for the 2025/2026 period, leading to an estimated savings of N13 billion. This reduction aligns with the telecommunications company's ongoing green transition and sustainability initiatives across its operations.
