Airtel Africa surge lifts Nigerian market past N160 trillion mark

The Nigerian equities market closed above N160 trillion in market capitalisation on renewed buying interest in large-cap stocks. Airtel Africa led the advance, gaining 8.59% to close at N6,300 per share, as the market moved toward its mid-May high.
