Airtel Africa Shareholders Approve Final Dividend of 4.26 U.S. Cents Per Share at 2026 AGM

Airtel Africa Plc shareholders have approved a final dividend of 4.26 U.S. cents per ordinary share during the company's 2026 Annual General Meeting. Shareholders also endorsed all other resolutions presented by the board at the meeting held on July 9, 2026.
