Access Holdings sells 7.44% stake in Ghana unit

Access Holdings Plc has completed the sale of a 7.44 percent stake in its Ghanaian subsidiary. The divestment complies with a Central Bank of Nigeria regulation that limits the level of foreign unit ownership permitted for local banking institutions.
