Access Holdings Plc has disclosed an insider share acquisition by its Non-Executive Director, Olusegun Ogbonnewo. The director purchased 6.7 million ordinary shares of the financial services group for a total value of 154.1 million Naira in transactions executed on the Nigerian Exchange.
