60% Of Active Electricity Consumers In Nigeria Now Metered — FG

The Federal Government says 60% of active electricity consumers in Nigeria are now metered. The Bureau of Public Enterprises also reported that about 17 states had established their own electricity regulatory commissions since April 2024, indicating continuing changes in electricity-sector oversight and market administration.
