FCMB Group Shareholders Approve ₦23.08 billion Dividend
Shareholders of FCMB Group Plc have approved a total dividend payout of ₦23.08 billion for the 2025 financial year. The decision was reached during the company's 13th Annual General Meeting in Lagos, where shareholders also approved other board resolutions, including director re-elections.
